OSCE Nexus™ is an examination-management tool used by accredited medical-education facilities. This page lets an authorised examiner or coordinator request deletion of their account and personal data. You can submit the form below, or email us directly — both reach the same administrator.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your identity:
- Your sign-in account (username and password credentials).
- Active access tokens and device sessions linked to your account.
- Your device identifiers and notification registrations.
- Your personal profile details (name, contact email, role assignment).
What is retained, and why
OSCE Nexus is not a consumer product. The examination and grading records you produced (candidate scores, station checklists, audit-log entries) are owned by your facility, not by you personally. Where required for academic governance, exam integrity, and legal compliance, your facility retains these records — they are de-identified from your personal account or soft-deleted rather than erased, so an examination cannot be retroactively altered. Retention periods are set by your facility's policy.
How long it takes
Requests are actioned by the OSCE Nexus administrator, normally within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted. We may first verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder.
Request account deletion
After you submit, you'll see a ticket reference and we'll receive your request by email. Keep the reference for follow-up.
