These Terms govern your use of OSCE Nexus™ ("the App" and "the Platform"). OSCE Nexus is a professional examination-management system provided to accredited medical-education facilities. It is not a consumer product. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorised, facility-only use
- The App is intended solely for authorised examiners, coordinators, and administrators of a facility that has been granted access.
- Accounts are created and managed by your facility's administrator, not by public self-registration.
- You must keep your credentials confidential and use the App only for legitimate examination and assessment activities of your facility.
- Unauthorised access, sharing of accounts, or use outside your facility's purpose is prohibited.
2. Candidate & examination data
- Candidate records, scores, and related data belong to and are controlled by your facility.
- You agree to enter accurate information and to handle candidate data confidentially and in line with your facility's policies and applicable regulations.
- Examination and audit records may be retained by the facility for academic governance, accreditation, and legal compliance.
3. Intellectual property
OSCE Nexus™, its name, design, and software are the intellectual property of Khalaf Almazrouei. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the App for your facility's examination purposes only. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse- engineer, or redistribute the App or its components.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its data.
- Do not upload unlawful content or use the App to infringe the rights of others.
- Access may be suspended for misuse or at the request of your facility administrator.
5. Availability & warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it reliable, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
6. Privacy & data deletion
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and personal data as described on our Account & Data Deletion page.
7. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
